What is the shipping timeframe for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy for paddles and gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and performance reasons, paddles that have had the plastic wrap removed from the handle cannot be returned.
Do Onix paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all Onix paddles are covered by a limited 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
What is the difference between indoor and outdoor pickleballs?
Outdoor balls, like our Dura Fast 40, are heavier with smaller holes to minimize wind interference. Indoor balls are lighter with larger holes to provide better flight consistency in gym environments.
